taxes on this side. You should check with your Customs and find
out what duties, if any, you will have to pay. After you have the

Policy We offer a
full 6 Month repair/replacement
warrantee on all products sold. All
returns must be authorized. An RMA number must be assigned
before a return can be accepted. Due to the nature of
the products, there are no refunds on SpyPirate purchases as our
customers normally get the full benefit of our products within the
first few minutes of use. If you receive an item that has a
manufacture defect, then we will promptly replace it, not refund
your money. This policy is a key factor in our extremely
competitive pricing structure.
Obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
SpyPirate Technologies, LLC (SpyPirate) values your business and
always attempts to provide you the very best of service. If any
SpyPirate.com product ("Product") requires replacement within the
60 day replacement warrantee, you can email our online support
mailbox at to receive your RMA number and instructions for the return of your
defective product. No Product may be returned directly to
SpyPirate
without the issuance of an RMA number from SpyPirate..
An unauthorized return, for example one for which an RMA number
has not been issued, will be refused. Authorized returns are to be
shipped to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping
container. Your original box and packaging materials should be
kept for storing or shipping your SpyPirate product. In addition,
please be sure to have the relevant reference information
regarding your purchase with your return. Serial number labels
and tamper seals that are damaged or removed from the product void
the warranty and do not qualify for a replacement. SpyPirate
shall have no liability for the loss of recorded data, regardless
of the cause; recovery of such lost data; or data recorded in any
Product placed in its possession.
It is strongly recommended that Buyer consults
with SpyPirate.com support for advice
concerning a potentially defective product first in order to
eliminate any unnecessary returns. Buyer will be accessed a
$25.00 service charge on product(s) returned that is/are not
defective or that operate within the advertised technical
specifications. Such items will be returned to the Buyer.
